The Apistogramma Diamond is a vibrant and relatively peaceful dwarf cichlid, known for its shimmering scales resembling diamond patterns. It flourishes in well-structured tanks with plenty of hiding spots, such as caves, plants, and driftwood. While generally peaceful, males may display territorial behaviors, especially during breeding season. These fish are best kept in small harems comprising one male to multiple females. A wonderful addition to any intermediate aquarist's collection.
