Aplocheilus parvus is a peaceful species that can adapt to small aquariums. They are surface-dwellers, often seen in the upper levels of the tank. Due to their vibrant appearance and ease of care, they make excellent choices for beginner aquarists. However, they can sometimes be territorial among themselves, especially males, so providing ample space and hiding spots is advisable.
