Badis singenensis

The Badis singenensis is a relatively peaceful species that can be kept in community tanks featuring non-aggressive tank mates. They're known for their fascinating color-changing ability based on mood and their environment. Due to their moderately shy nature, providing plenty of hiding spaces and a planted environment can boost their sense of security and promote natural behavior. Feeding should include a mix of live and frozen foods, as they do not readily accept dry food. Establishing suitable water conditions is crucial for breeding, which can be challenging in captivity but is achievable with the right setups.
