Brachydanio frankei is a popular and vibrant member of the Danios family known for its distinct leopard-like spots and playful nature. Ideal for community tanks, they should be kept in groups of six or more to maintain a stress-free environment. Active swimmers, they appreciate a tank with plenty of open space interspersed with plant coverage at the sides and corners. Regular water changes are advised to maintain water quality, as they can be susceptible to pollutants. Diet: Omnivorous - flake foods, small live or frozen worms, and brine shrimp complement their diet. Behavior: Non-aggressive and lively, coexist well with other peaceful species. Breeding: Egg scatterers often breed quite easily in a suitable environment.
