Cheilochromis euchilus

Cheilochromis euchilus, known for its distinctive large lips, is a mouth-brooding cichlid. They exhibit unique lip-crawling behavior during feeding in the wild. These fish can display aggression, especially during breeding, and are best housed with similarly sized and temperamented fish. Rock formations and plenty of hiding spots in the tank are advisable to recreate their natural habitat and reduce stress.
