Corydoras agassizii
Agassiz's Corydoras, Agassiz Cory, Emerald Catfish
Corydoras agassizii are peaceful bottom-dwellers known for their vibrant coloration and dynamic group behavior. They are best kept in schools of at least 6 to encourage their natural sociable behavior. They feed on a variety of foods from sinking pellets to live or frozen food. A substrate of sand or small-rounded gravel mimics their natural riverbed habitat, preventing damage to their barbels.
