Corydoras albolineatus are peaceful bottom dwellers perfect for community aquariums. They are social fish often found in groups, where they exhibit shoaling behavior. These fish are known for their peaceful nature which makes them compatible with other non-aggressive tropical fish. Regular partial water changes and a well-filtered tank are recommended to maintain water quality. Feeding should include a variety of sinking pellets and occasional live or frozen food such as bloodworms or brine shrimp. Corydoras albolineatus, like other Corydoras, are part of the armored catfish family. They have a unique line along their body that is reflective, adding a shimmering appearance in well-lit aquariums. Their barbels are sensitive, and a sandy substrate is preferable to avoid damage.
