Corydoras axelrodi is a peaceful schooling fish, ideally kept in groups of at least six. They are bottom dwellers that thrive in tanks with sand substrates to protect their sensitive barbels. Provide plenty of hiding spots with plants and driftwood. Regular food includes sinking pellets and live or frozen foods such as bloodworms or daphnia.
