Corydoras brevirostris
Shortnose Corydoras
Corydoras brevirostris are peaceful bottom dwellers and can make excellent additions to community tanks. It's essential to keep them in groups of at least five to mimic their natural schooling behavior, which reduces stress. They have sensitive barbels, so smooth substrates like sand are preferable. They also appreciate live plants and plenty of hiding spots.
Their diet can be varied—incorporate sinking pellets, bloodworms, brine shrimp, and a mix of herbivorous food to ensure balanced nutrition.
