Dormitator maculatus

Dormitator maculatus, known for its adaptability, can survive in varied environmental conditions. Due to their larger size, they require spacious tanks. Known as 'Fat Sleepers', these fish often rest motionless on the tank bottom. They're omnivorous, feeding on both plant materials and small invertebrates. Breeding in captivity is uncommon and mostly occurs in brackish conditions.
