Garra cambodgiensis is a peaceful addition to any aquarium community. Known for its algae-eating abilities, this species helps keep tank environments clean. They thrive in aquariums that simulate river habitats with a flow of water, ensuring high oxygenation. Broad tank spaces and sandy substrates with plenty of hiding places, like rocks or driftwood, are beneficial. Also known for their 'kissing' behavior, where they graze off surfaces, sometimes seen on the glass which works as a form of natural cleaning.
