Hypancistrus furunculus

Hypancistrus furunculus is a peaceful and fascinating species popular amongst fish enthusiasts for its attractive swirl patterns. They are nocturnal, hence prefer hiding spots within the aquarium such as rock caves or driftwood. It's a known algae eater but will thrive with a varied diet including sinking pellets and occasional live or frozen foods.
