Leiarius pictus

Leiarius pictus, or the Marbled Pimelodid, is popular among aquarists for its striking marble-like pattern and active swimming behavior. Due to its large adult size, a spacious aquarium is essential. They are generally peaceful but should be housed with similarly sized tank mates to avoid predation. The diet should consist of high-protein foods, including sinking pellets, live or frozen foods.
