Lepidocephalichthys thermalis

The Indian Blind Loach is a peaceful bottom-dweller. They often burrow into the substrate and should not be kept in coarse gravel substrates to avoid injury. They thrive in groups of 6 or more to reduce stress and encourage natural behavior. Despite their name, they are not truly blind, but do have reduced eyesight, relying on their barbels for navigation.
