The Fire Eel is an elongated, nocturnal fish distinguished by its red and orange markings along the body. It's quite shy and requires several hiding spots and caves within an aquarium. Although peaceful in nature, its voracious appetite and potential size necessitate a spacious tank. They may uproot plants while searching for food.
