Otocinclus macrospilus

Otocinclus macrospilus are peaceful fish known for their algae-eating efficiency. They thrive better in a group due to their social nature and feel less stressed when kept with 4-6 or more of their kind. It's recommended to provide lots of hiding spots in the form of plants and driftwood. Beware, rapid changes in water conditions can stress them, making them more susceptible to disease. Introduce to established, matured tanks to ensure sufficient algae.
