Tetraodon biocellatus, or Figure Eight Puffers, are recognized for their vibrant markings resembling the numeral '8'. They are semi-aggressive and best kept in a species-specific setup more suitable for single species tanks or direct observation under supervision due to their territorial nature. Ideal tank conditions include brackish water, however, some hobbyists have successfully kept them in freshwater.
