Beaufortia cyclica

Beaufortia cyclica is a robust and peaceful fish, suited to cold-water aquariums. Due to its natural inclination for strong currents, tanks replicating its riverine habitat with ample water movement and aeration are ideal. This fish displays nocturnal behavior but adapts well to feeding schedules. Its diet is predominantly algae but can be supplemented with high-quality sinking pellets, blanched vegetables, and occasional protein-rich foods like bloodworms.
