Chaestostoma pearsei

Chaestostoma pearsei is a rather peaceful bottom-dweller that adds interest to community aquariums. It's known for its gentle, algae-eating behavior. Though generally hardy, it should not be kept with overly aggressive tank mates. Adequate hiding places and driftwood in the aquarium are crucial as they replicate their natural environment and reduce stress. Regular feeding on biofilm supplemented with veggies is recommended.
