Schistura vinciguerrae

Schistura vinciguerrae is a small, active loach species often found in swift, clear streams. It makes an excellent choice for a community tank, provided there are plenty of hiding spots using rocks and driftwood. This fish prefers a well-oxygenated environment with moderate water movement. Regular water changes are crucial to maintain water quality and mimic its natural habitat. These loaches are generally peaceful but may display some territorial behaviors. They can be sensitive to sudden changes in water parameters. A diet comprising of live and frozen foods, supplemented with high-quality sinking pellets, is ideal.
