Schistura laterivittata

Schistura laterivittata is a species commonly found in the aquarium trade due to its striking pattern of lateral stripes. They thrive in well-aerated tanks with strong water flow, mimicking their natural habitat. Prefer a substrate of sand or fine gravel with plenty of hiding spaces like rocks or driftwood. They are relatively peaceful but can be territorial towards conspecifics, especially in smaller tanks.
